ADVISORY ON CONSULAR SERVICES

(1) The Embassy of India, Dublin will provide consular services using virtual means to the extent possible from now onwards. All HSE guidelines relating to social distancing and wearing of masks will be adhered to. 

(2) Appointments for visiting the Embassy in case of emergencies should strictly be taken via email (Passports/ OCI related appointments should be addressed to passport.dublin@mea.gov.in, other appointments related to miscellaneous services should be addressed to cons.dublin@mea.gov.in). No person should arrive at the Embassy without prior appointment. Owing to the prevailing COVID condition, daily appointments will be kept limited. All are requested to use face coverings when visiting the Embassy. 

(3) Passport, OCI, PCC, Birth Certificate applications may be sent via post. A blank self addressed envelope with requisite stamps may be included for return post.

(4) No visas will be issued until the lifting of travel ban to India, except in certain categories.

(5) These measures will remain effective until further notice.
